Victorian Local Government - Senior Management Structures

The Victorian Local Government Act provides for all Victorian Chief Executive Officers (CEO’s) to establish and maintain an appropriate organisational structure to ensure the decisions of the Council are implemented and carried out without undue delay, and that the day-to-day management of the Council’s operations are in accordance with the adopted Council Plan.
